"On most mornings after he moved to Arcueil, Satie would return to Paris on foot, a distance of about ten kilometres."
"This project contains a number of converters to and from different Blog services."
Today, I've seen a number of my pro-Obama friends linking to statistics and reports that Obama has the election in the bag. This is dangerous and foolish. Lawrence Lessig explains more:
"We Democrats have trouble closing the deal. We have trouble continuing the push to the very last moment. A journalist's output is journalism. A critic's output is criticism. A programmer's output should be programs. I am a programmer who writes. When I write, particularly when I write critically of technology, I should have programmatic solutions to offer along with my words. If I don't have code to back up what I have to say, I haven't thought through the problem at hand thoroughly enough. There's no shortage of questions, but answers are scarce.
