Seen from Viewpoints for Thailand, the video describes itself:
I know what do you think right now. The inventors also know about it. From oblong industries site:
Some of the SOE's core ideas are already familiar from the film Minority Report, whose characters performed forensic analysis using massive, gesturally driven displays. The similarity is no coincidence: one of Oblong's founders served as science advisor to Minority Report and based the design of those scenes directly on his earlier work at MIT.
John Steven Underkoffler, the founder, is brainchild from MIT Media Lab. g-speak is his Ph.D. work. After MIT, g-speak caught the eye of Raytheon, military manufacturer and Raytheon then helped him to setting up the company.

The most exciting application contest I've seen so far. From the press release:
The Pentagon, Arlington, VA (March 1st, 2010) - Today the Army announced its first internal applications development challenge, dubbed Apps for the Army or A4A. Open to all Soldiers and Department of the Army civilians, A4A offers Army personnel the opportunity to demonstrate their software development skills and creativity.
“Soldiers and Army civilians will be creating new mobile and web applications of value for their peers—tools that enhance warfighting effectiveness and business productivity today," Sorenson said. "And, we're rewarding their innovation with recognition and cash.”
Developers, your country needs you!
