Google ha añadido una nueva capa a Google Maps: Finca Raíz. Ahora las agencias podrán conectar su listado de propiedades para venta o arriendo para ser mostradas directamente sobre el mapa. Los usuarios seleccionan el rango de precio, y el tamaño de la casa deseado para filtrar las propiedades mostradas.

Aunque hay muy pocas propiedades por ahora, y el sistema no permite algunas opciones básicas (como seleccionar casa o apartamento), se espera que los intermediarios de finca raíz aprovechen la oportunidad para dar más visibilidad a las propiedades que manejan, sin aumentar sus costos.

Será este el comienzo del fin para metrocuadrado.com y demás sitios de finca raíz en Colombia? Teniendo en cuenta las graves fallas de usabilidad que todos estos presentan, esperamos que así sea.
